Title: Pulled a good one Post by Toymaker on 09/06/08 at 16:01:04 Well, I had to ride up to my nearest dealership (no, I won't called the other term because these guys are good) to get a new gasket. I am getting ready to install Verslangen's cam chain tensioner. I get home and what do you think I did. Yep...I left the key on and drained my battery. And yep, you are also right....no charger............... so yep............I went to Wallyworld and got a charger............... So, no riding tonight for me...darn...because the weather is IDEAL! >:( |
Title: Re: Pulled a good one Post by Jay on 09/06/08 at 19:33:38 OUCH! Hey I saw some at my local Wally-world. Not much $$ either. I've used my Wally-world charger several times. Works great. Can't remember the brand, but they only had a couple. Shouldn't be too hard to pick a winner. |

Just "forget" to unhook it next time you are done with it. Drive directly to Walmart. By the time you get there, you will need a new one. ;D |

I got a little 6 amp trickle charger and it has already charged up my battery. I have a charger in New Zdealand, but when we moved, we had new cars and didn't need one. oh well.........got one now! |
