Are the rear fender rails on a 2000 Savage the same as on a 2007? Has anyone got a good picture or link to show the 2007 fender rail?

I found a pic, on the Suzuki site, of the 2007 fender rails. Still not quite sure if all the mounting holes are the same. ? :-/

Also, are the rear fender rails different on bikes without a sissy bar? Or are they the same exact rails? In other words, can all of the rails accept sissy bars? (specifically, for the yr 2000)
