Well I got the brass plug out, but it took a little something extra with it.

Tiny picture. Is that a lil ol' chunk of pot metal missing at the bottom? Shouldn't hurt anything. Might even help see what's going on in there.

If the fume cops ask about it, tell them it's a drain to allow water out before it goes into the engine.

No, that shouldn't hurt it, but clean it up a little so you don't get any snags while trying to adjust the screw.

A little 25cal anything else would have been overkill.

I was having a little trouble getting it out. then the screw broke off in the plug. So I drilled again and used a little more muscle.

I am making progress. I have the jets and have removed the plug. Now I just need a new muffler and a better air filter. then I can make all the upgrades.
