Very cool looking mod/taillight!  Where did you purchase the light from?  Was it a fairly easy mod to do?

Aftermarket Harley shop. Most aftermarket taillights will fit.Just unbolt the license plate light, and it bolts in right there. It has one big hole for everything to fit through,a couple washers under the bolts, and done.Run the wires, connect, and done.I removed my stock taillight, but I didn't fill the holes yet.I'm actually going to do a paint job on anotherr set of tins, and swap them out.Keep the original '86 paint job on original tins.

This one bolts on over the stock holes in the fender, and eliminates the whole license plate assembly.Comes in chrome or polished.

skrapiron:I don't know where I'm heading after I get done with school. If I do go back up there,it'll probably be Pittsburgh or Cleveland.I'm going to school for aviation technician.
flcruzr:It should fit under the rack,it's smaller than the stock light.
