Title: low idle
Post by mattpsmith001 on 07/02/08 at 13:05:28

My bike has been idling very low and takes forever to worm up. sometimes it just dies when im stoped and forget to rev the engine is there any way to adjust the idle speed. i tried the idle mixture screw and even with it all the way on high it still does it. please help if you can.

Other side of carb.......

There should be a bumpy knob that limits the throttle linkage return.    Turn one way to make higher, the other to go slower.

Eventually you will get good and will be able to adjust it at a stop light....  ;)
