is there a speedometer light and if so what is the part number for that. its a pain not being able to see it at night.

The Speedo light is in a socket underneath. Easiest way to get to it is to remove the tank. The socket is a rubber-ized thing that pushes up into a hole.

Most auto parts stores carry them. I got my High Bean indicator light bulb at Auto-Zone.
