Just finished putting the final touches on my new floorboards. they are awesome. i drilled a new hole so the sit exactly parallel to the ground and adjusted the shifter. they work great. now on to the backfiring problem. got a few things im going to try. wish me luck.

I've installed the same floorboards on mine, but have the same complaint about the angle. Did you drill the new hole through the mount or the actual floorboard? The mount itself has two holes already and it doesn't look like there's enough meat between them to drill another. :-?

i drilled it through the mount. i just moved the hole out from the others just enough to get it drilled. It worked great. i will try to get some pictures of the the mount and then the whole thing installed.
