Title: starter idle gears Post by scmcketa on 06/11/08 at 09:03:25 can anybody help me? i have an 01 savage 650 and i cannot find out how the starter idle gears are installed. the starter will turn the gears but they wont engage on the flywheel to turn over the engine. does anybody have any picture references that would help or prior experience? thanks
