Title: Question on removing tank sticker Post by fatldi on 03/28/08 at 08:57:38 I am not a big fan of useless stickers. I don't need to be reminded to wear a helmet etc. every time I get on the bike. I tried to remove the safety sticker on my wife's s40 and am having some problems. First a clear cover peeled off. Now I am having trouble removing the rest of the sticker. I do not want to damage the tank. Any suggestions? Thanks :) |

Title: Re: Question on removing tank sticker Post by sluggo on 03/28/08 at 10:48:19 if you want to remove the side stickers, drain tank as fuel will keep the metal cool as you try to heat it with the dryer. i found this out trial and error. |
