Don't think so, a savage has metric threads while a harley has SAE threads on the mirror mounts.

The mounts for HD's are thru holes I think.
The mirrors have long studs with nuts on the end.
At least that what I see in the pictures.

Some mirrors have adapters for different bikes. Takes some lookin'

Most newer Harley stuff is metric.They will work if you get the adapters with them.Click on pic it'll be huge, check out the adaptors,these are Harley"aftermarket" mirrors.
