Just about any bottom mount HD headlight will work. You may have to open the hole or drill a new one. But fairly easy to do.

Also, side mounts have fitted as well, just remember to get the brackets as they don't usually come with the headlight.

Give a pic when you're done. Also several have already done this. Do a search. Some may post later what they've done.

I went with a 7" bottom mount. It appears to be the one Jirehcycles sells for about $150 -- got it used on eBay for <$50 shipped.

That picture show it mounted with a flat plate, two holes rear to bolt to the triple tree, one forward to hold the light. Has been replaced with an open square block, two holes bottom to the stock triple tree mount, one up for the light.

The larger diameter headlights from the Suzuki VZ800 Marauder are a straight bolt-on for the Savage ... should be able to find some on Flea-Bay ... they look good on the LS too! :)
