Having found it difficult to glance at my watch when I have on my riding jacket and gauntlet gloves, I added this guy to my handlebar:

Esthetically, it provides visual balance both to the brake reservoir on the right side of the handlebars and the round gas cap on the right side of the tank. And it even tells the time!

Yes it is the greatest. But am not sure it will be in 10 years or so. We might have to learn to speak china lingo

The sticker is on top of the clear coat? ??? ???

I guess it's going next. Any hints on the best way to remove it? I suspect a single edged razor blade isn't the best way, though it would be effective. ???

Four posts down is how to remove stickers -- looks like I'm getting the hair dryer into the garage tomorrow!

"Never Heard Of"...How to remove stickers :P

When you use the hairdryer, just start on a corner and pick at it with your finger nail. Then just gently peel it up as the heat softens the adhesive. Don't overheat it. Chances are that a clear layer of the sticker will come off first. Spray it with a little WD40 too, and whatever you do, don't use anything rougher than a microfiber cloth to clean it off...not with that nice shiny tank ;D

On my '07 the sticker was just on top off the clear. Also took off the suzuki sticker on the back fender. :)

No, no, no...maybe I wasn't clear. The sticker has it's own "clear coat" on it. Like 2 layers but both are on top of the clear coat, anyway :P

While an elegant solution, let me inform you on the proper way to tell time, MO style.

If you live on a farm and are on your motorcycle...look up at the sky. The sun will be out between hours of 7-7 in summer.

If you's fancy city-folk...dig around in that pocket with clutch hand and dig out cell phone. Time displayed :-) Hit a button and it'll light up :-)
