They're also running lights in the front. So, your right bulb has a burnt out filament. the left one is OK.

yeah, thats a problem. but he solved it gor you. they should only blink, not remain steady. but it is one of the cheepest things to fix on a bike. so congradulations on an easy bug.

Both front amber lights are running lights and are on all the time. When you select a turn signal it is supposed to light a slightly brighter filament for the turn light. If you have a test light or access to one. Check the contacts in the back of the bulb socket to see if they work as they should. Key on one should be on steady, key turn signal on the othe contact should blink the test light off and one. Make sure you only touch the test light probe to the contact and dont touch the side of the housing or it will short circuit and blow the fuse under the RH side of the seat. Max

Yep, front are running lights (two filament bulbs) and the back are turn signals only (one filament bulbs).

At first I thought it would be neat to change the back into running lights too, but then realized I want the people behind me to see the turn signals.  I figure if the back was running too, they might miss the turn signal blinking.
