Title: New pics as of today (Sunday)

Wasn't satisfied with the rear end styling with the Rebel fender. So, I changed it up. Rather British now... Full fender, high bars, 7 inch side mount headlight... Still need to pop the fender off, hook up the light harnesses and affix the stainless rub strips. Yep, I swiped Lisa's slant bags, she didn't want them (too wierd, brand new).

Anyway...

Should tide me over for awhile... Maybe.

Nice  ;D I like it.

Just out of curiosity, can you see anything other than your own armpits in those rear view mirrors?  ???

Re: mirrors- I have to run 2 of themn, nothing says they must be useful. Trust me, they aren't.

Re: rear fender- one piece FLH, 1970-84 style. And no, it is not an easy fit. I mounted it on a three point "free float" set-up. Strictly a solo seater now, the bags might safely hold a half rack of beer. Anything else will be too heavy.

Barhopper. Toy. NOT a truly functional bike anymore. I'm guessing I'll be dragging the rear fender on speed bumps. We'll see.

Do you have any pics of how the fender was mounted as you did it?  I was thinking that would be fun sans apes.  It might look good (or properly british) with some short risers and a beach bar.

glad to see you're getting some time outa the truck, to play with the bike. kewl look! a full narrow-glide fender would go very nicely on the front.
