Post by SteveRocket on 06/24/07 at 21:04:54

Anybody have any experience with the Dyna Jet. Are they easy to fit, are worth the money. I have basicly a stock '87 with  supertrapp with 8 baffles. Thanks in advance

Save the money and go straight to a slide carb (Mikuni VM from Lancer), more gains and transformed feel.
Here's my keihin FCR41.

It comes with a coupon for a free dyno run, though I don't know who honors it and who doesn't.  That might be the only thing making it close to worth the money.  The adjustable needle is nice but not necessary, especially given that you have an early model Savage which should have an adjustable needle already.  Otherwise, there's nothing worthwhile in the kit.
