hello fellow savages :)

got bike back from shop two weeks ago.
had regulator replaced (I don't mess with electrical)
started fine in between the and now.
presently starting is a no go.
tried the ol' pop the clutch in first, got a little put-put then nothing.
anything y'all can reccommend trying before I bring back to the shop.
I'd rather fix myself
any links to ideas would be fantastic

Need details, cant see or hear what its doing. Whren was the last time you ran it? When you start it, does it run long enough to recharge the battery? How old is that battery? Tell us what ya know. What is it doing?

Following works like magic.

make sure your battery is charged.

turn fuel off.

drain float bowl.

remove spark plug.

crank a couple of times.

replace spark plug.

Crank until white smoke stops coming from the tailpipe.

turn fuel on and immediately start.
