Regarding the very popular "Cam chain tensioner post"...

Is it possible to remove the right side engine cover while still framed ?

- Just dismount foot peg + exhaust & header and that's it?
Great! :D

What about the clutch arm?
Any other parts to watch for?

Yes, just remove what interfers and slid it staright off the 2 dowel pins. If for some reason you wanted to save the fresh oil, you can even lay the bike over on the couch pillows and work on it that way. Otherwise drain the oil first. Max

No problem getting it apart to do the cam chain while its sittin in the frame.

The easiest way to get the clutch loose( IMO) is to pry the little "window" open on the loop at the end of the clutch arm on the engine & use a crescent wrench to raise the end of the arm by pushing down on the wrench in order to put slack in the cable so it can drop down & slip out the slot. This thing can & will get to hanging Down during reassembly & there isnt room to swing it back up. Watch it & keep it up going back together or there will be trouble.
A piece of cardboard with a diagram of the clutch cover is a good place to poke the bolts. That way each will go back where it came from. I just cut an X at each point a bolt belonged & stuck it in.

Easy to do the clutch cover framed, just remove all that you mentioned. Becarefull of the brake pedal. The brake light cable has a shity little flange that disapeared when I took mine off.

You did that too? I folded the loop part back over the cable end and forgot about it
