Thanks guys for the replies on the clutch cable. I ordered it and its all set, Thanks again!

Quick question, what kind of transmission oil does the savage take. Its a 96, figured I should change this cause of the shifting I had to do.

The transmission shares the oil with the engine...or the engine shares with the transmission.

In other words, the MOM calls for 10W-40 JASO compatible oil...
