I know this has been covered some where, but i cannot seem to find it. I have just adjusted the valves and installed a new muffler. I have been trying to adjust the air to fuel ratio and cannot seem to get it right. I am blowing blue and yellow flames out the tail pipe along with smoke. Am i to rich or lean? also the new pipes have turned blue with in 5 min so i know that it is way to hot!. Oh it is a 06 thumper

Quite likely very rich and may be fireing through open exhaust valves.

what size of jet's you have in there?
