Hey Everyone I need to Know what the forks on a 97 savage are made of ? I think they are cast steel but maybe alu. Not sure any help would be great

well if they are steel i'll powder coat. if alu. I'll Use aluminum black for guns. I Think it will very cool in aluminum black.

The lowers (outer tubes are aluminum) the inner tubes are steel.

I have a bent pair from a '97 I can sell you cheap for parts if you need some parts to play with.

I didnt even think to try the magnet, Smokin thanks for the info I 'll let you know if about the forks.
