well, looks like i need a new battery in my 02 ::)

i charged it for like 8 hours on 12v 2 amp charge, and it just dont have any balls-so......

what is the biggest/best brand, largest monster that will fit the stock location? whats everyone's opinions?

i tried to do a search, but for some reason, nothing came up ???

they said it is rated at 190cca, where there "standard" battery is rated at 210cc ??? ???

but, they said that the "big crank" has much larger "rods", and is made my "deka" batteries which i know is a good name brand

I think you might check the oddesy (sp?) battery. it's milspec, but very expensive. evidently you can run big fat car steroes for three, 4 hours and they'l still start a car.

otherwise, big crank.

Yuasa also has an AGM battery for the Savage. Model YTX14AHL. It is spec'd at 200 CCA, slightly higher than 190 CCA Big Crank, but costs about $20.00 more.
