ordered a windshiel,sissybar,and gel seat today.cant wait to install them. the seat is a big deal for me. the stock seat sucks. anyone have the suzuki gel seat? do you like it or dislike it and why?

I used both gelseats: the one piece ( S40) and the 2 piece OEM. Both I find not suitable for my a$$. Have the HD sporty seat now and that is the best so far.

I am using the S40 one-piece gel seat and like it much better than the stock two-piece seat from my 98. I have not yet tried the Sporty seat.

So what year sportster seat should I be looking for to fit my '96 Savage?

I don't know what year I got.
But if you look closely at the installation pic's available, and buy one that looks like that. That's what I did.
