Title: Changing Air Filter
Post by Doc_Holliday on 04/04/07 at 14:15:18

I just got my bike and i always check the air filter when i get a used vehicle home, most people never replace them. Wondering if anyone could tell me where it is located and how to change it. My bike didnt come with an owners manual of course. Thanks everyone this site is a life saver for me. -DOC

doc - not trying to tell you how to part with your $$, but you might want to consider buying a Clymers manual (cheaper off Amazon than dealer - just ensure you take the free freight option @ checkout - it can help you work on bike in so many ways.

I always buy them for every bike I buy - under $30 & a good use of money - help you dismantle carb, take out back wheel, take engine apart & host of others things both simple & more complex.

saying that agree this site is so helpful too!
