Title: Savage sticker Post by Krowl on 04/04/07 at 11:25:32 Any suggetions on how to get that savage sticker off the side coveres. Is there any way to get it off without damaging the paint? Thanx!! |

Even trying to paint over them, you'll still have the outline, due to the thickness of the decals. I hope someone may have a better answer for you. But that's the best I could do. |
Title: Re: Savage sticker Post by Savage_Rob on 04/04/07 at 11:48:17 Monkee72 is talking about the tank emblems; not the side cover stickers. The stickers on the side covers were pretty easy compared to those on the tank. Just heat them slightly with a hair drier (less likely to ruin your paint than with a heat gun) and peel off. You can use WD-40 or Goo-Gone to help clean up the adhesive. |
