I cant get the steerin lock to work....

the key turns but I cant make it work....whats the secret handshake?

I must be ate up with the dumnass...

push down when you turn it and move the handle bars back and forth a little - I think - I'll go try it

not really down but in as you turn the key up with the handle bars all the way to the left and move them back to the right a little and you'll fell the key pin go in some more and turn the key back down and take it out
