Can anybody tell me the overall length of a 97 Savage? I'm trying to determine if one will fit in the bed of my Comanche pickup. Thanks!

BTW, I have a silverado short bed and the savage fit corner to corner allowing me to close the tail gate.

We've carried my Savage and my dad's VLX together in the back of a Dodge Ram, standard length bed. Tailgate had to be down, but it fit.
