Post by jrm8486 on 12/21/06 at 08:52:54

I took a ride this morning about 10 AM, 77 degrees and sunny. I love Florida!

Yes but we get a good freeze to get rid of all our bugs in and around our houses and dont have to hire a bug exterminator........  We are so lucky    NOT !!!

A nice cycle to ride, and a good place to ride it. That goes a long ways towards happiness  :)

I'd like to see more pictures of your bike... To add to my collection of course  ;D

I'm in Orlando. We ride all year! We pay no state income tax. Yes, we need a freeze to kill the bugs and the crabgrass. I'm not going back north.  :P

Next war with the north I will be riding with someone like Nathan Bedford Forrest. :D

Ive heard of biffs and been to quaker state many times. But i havent riden my savage down there. Ive always been with others and rode one of my sportbikes. My savage is not a looker at all. Its my beater bike for putting around the area. Im selling my last sportbike next month since i dont ride it much anymore. If you cant go fast, sportbikes are no fun to me anymore and im always afraid to leave it unattended because they get stolen daily around here. The savage is all i want right now.

I'm by Daytona and we have those dam luv-bugs over here also. Was out a couple of months ago and it felt like I was riding in a luv-bug rain storm they were so heavy.

Hey JRM, tell me a few things about your Savage... what is the seat from, what size fork springs and tubes are you using and which steering yoke kit are you using?

You have a near perfect looking Savage in my opinion.
Thanks for the picture treats!
