This is soooo simple!! The aftermarket valve under the float was the culprit!It seems the after market is just a fuzzy shorter than the original ???Just REMOVE the clip and it seats and the flooding that drowned the plug stopped ;D. new plug, remove clip and she runs ;D just a little adjustment to the mix and off we go!

thanks for the feedback! that is good info to have, i'm sorry it cost you extra to learn that, but education aint free. glad to see that you're on the road again.

Congrats. Will this be noted in the "Next time I'll know" or "Parts for Putz", can't they mass produce anything right. But the education gave you a better understanding of how the bike works. I'm pasting this one in the "I remember reading somewhere" column. Thanks for the info. Have fun.
