Title: Re: tire size help please, at the store right now Post by azjay on 11/07/06 at 05:09:38 if your not in a hurry, i typically order my tires on-line, a week later the tire shows up, i carry the wheel and new tire in, the bike shop charges me $20 (the HD dealer used to get $15, but they have a new service mgr) :(. i am waiting on a new d404 dunlop for debby's harley now. heres the math, d402 dunlop at dealer $140 + dealer labor 30$ = $170 :o d404 dunlop from ebay $66 (delivered to my front door) + independent shop labor $20 = $86 ::) you can count me in for 1/2 price! |
