Howdy...
I just joined the forum today.

I've been coming here for about three months, when I picked up my 96 Savage, with about 7800 on her.

She was a mess.

But, thanks to you all, I have a very nice running little bike now. I started by repainting it metallic copper, got all the seats and sissy pad recovered, and found lots of good tips on tuning the carb (which can be a tricky little booger) It's wearing a Jardine pipe, 155 main, DynoJet needle kit, and kevlar carbon pads.

I just wanted to thank all of you, particularly lancer, for all of your informative posts. I just dialed the shocks out for a larger rider (I go about two and a half) and I think it's finally...ya know...perfect

OK...now we are waiting to see the pictures...sounds like a beautiful bike...congrats to you.
