Title: How I installed my saddlebags
Post by floridasavage on 08/23/06 at 12:05:42

I mentioned in the Cafe the other day that I had just installed saddlebags on my Savage. I think it turned out well, and thought I would share how I did it and perhaps give some ideas to whoever may be doing the same.

Removing two nuts removes both the saddlebags and the stand-off brackets to allow easy access to the rear wheel. Also, no holes are drilled in the bike or accessories. Oh, it's also fairly inexpensive.

Take a look if you want...

Sharp! You should copy/paste the install to the tech section. It would make a nice addition to the other mods there. Good Job.
