I think I saw a new black S-40 the otehr day. Some real you kid was on it. He was havin' a good time. :D Looked real nice except for the S-40 badge. No me gusta.

What gets me about Suzuki is that the color we call blue or light metallic blue, they call SILVER (at least in the 06's that's the what they call the official color) ??? Sure looks blue to my old eyes...

My Bad.... The 07 blue is quite a bit darker than the 06 blue. The 07 is a sharp blue, but the 06 blue still doesn't look like silver to me! ;D

May get a darker blue flames painted on my tank and front fender when I get them fixed from where my wife dumped my bike.

Have not seen the 07 blue yet...the 06 blue is listed as silver but my eyes say it is blue...looking forward to seeing the new blue...

i have an 'oh6 s40 in the light blue, and i love it. its nice because its a little different, and its not the standard black. someday ill post a pic of it, im a very proud owner. :o

The '07 Blue for the LS650 is very deep ... sorta navy blue, but with more sheen!
Best colors ever on the LS have been white, that crimson red ... and now the deep blue, arguably the best yet!

I kinda like the the almost candy/wine red on my wife's 06..it's pretty sharp too...one thing I like is the way Suzuki kind of changes up the colors every year...if you see the silver/blue or candy red you know it's and 06..if you see the white you know it was an 05, this new blue you know it's and 07...

My First post, BTW:

Yes, the new blue is utterly amazing. That is the exact color I have always wanted. But unfortunately, my wife wanted me to have a bike for Father's day, and the '07s, so I was informed, would not be available until Dec or even Jan.

I have been waiting quite some time for a bike, and never thought I'd have a brand new one, but now i do. We settled for the Wine Red in the '06. I picked it up Saturday. I am totally in love. Now I know why I have seen so many folks (LIKE US!!) riding around on Savages.

Though there are some advantages to the S40, I believe they are essentially the same thing and would be just as enjoyable.

Nice to know that I belong even though i am riding a Japanese Thumper!
