Do the passenger foot pegs fold down flat? In the showroom they stick up too much and appear to be unusable. Were they possibly assembled up-side-down?

Yeah, they should fold flat. If they were put on upside down, then they couldn't stick up now could they?

mine dont fold out completly flat(06 s40) the wife hasent comlpained..i use them sometimes solo to give my back a break..

Mine don't fold down anywhere near flat. I always wondered about that. Upside down you say ??? :-/ ??? Hmm, need to look into that.

I don't think mine fold down flat either but I always keep 'em folded up anyway...
