Anyone had their headlight chrome start to bubble up? I noticed mine doing that. I thought "Wow! I never noticed that cool flame pattern on top of the headlight!" Then I touched it & noticed that the pattern moved & made a crackly sound. Oops. :P The chrome lifted up in a few spots & is probably on its way off eventually. Could be that the Xenon headlight bulb I put in months ago burns hotter. Aluminum foil might insulate the heat in there. No big deal. Probably a cheap light replacement somewhere down the road. Staying with the Xenon either way! Way brighter.

i have the same problem, but it is at the very bottom of the light and not visible at all....... check out e-bay right away..... there's a headlight off an 86 on there that looks to be in pretty good shape..... it ends Sunday......

Thanks. I'll wait awhile & see if it gets worse. I'm thinking of getting a 7" light if I end up replacing it.
