Title: Noisy Engine Post by Kropatchek on 09/14/05 at 06:25:46 http://www.ls-650.de/community/forum/YaBB.pl/YaBB.pl?board=Technik;action=display;num=1126288350;start=0#0 Check-out these beautifull pictures following a replacement of the cylinderhead by a "Proffesional" workshop. #1 The chain tensioner fully out because the head was changed without taking the RH side of the engine off to block the chain tensioner. #2 Camshaft secondaire bearing surface run down. Camchain was too tight #3 And again toooooo much sealing for the headcover. Rest of the discussion not worth translating Greetz Kropatchek ;D |

Good photos....too bad I can't read it. The issue of sealer is really important too. A little bit goes a long way too. |
