You've had friends snap at you unreasonably. You didn't hold it against them later. Like dropping the bike, it happens. Not a reason to lose the bike, or the friend.

McCord (spelling?) huh? That's about 15-20 minutes away from my front door, depending on traffic. E-mail me for contact info. Send him over for dinner some night, with an ex-SeaBee family.

If you fly out to visit him, feel free to pop in as well. Riders are always welcome at my place. It's a mess, but, beats a motel.

Guess i should have turned on a light last night so i could see the keyboard and what i was spelling. Anyway WD thanks for the compliment on the bike and your generous offer. Due to a job change the wife will not have any vacation until next summer so it will be at least a year before we can fly up. I am at work right now and for the life of me cannot remeber our e-mail address, will post it tonight when i get home if i can get the wife off of the computer.You can let me know contact info and I will pass it on to my son next time i talk to him.Back to bikes need to take new pictures and get the wife to post them i am on the other end of the spectrum when it comes to chrome, as the song says it,s my favorite color. Have had the side covers on both chromed looks decent on mine but really looks great on the wifes white s-40. well need to get back to work again thank you for the offer will try my best next to fly up and take you up on it, and again thanks for understanding.
