Chicago rivets, you can get them at any real hardware store. One part is smooth, the other part is grooved for a flathead scewdriver. Smooth side to the back. They are even made with decorative engraving on copper, aluminum or nickel if you want that little extra something.

My solution:http://savage.andruschak.net/paladin5_.jpg:which replaced the "Suzuki" emblem.

1.  Saw the crossbar off, file smooth, a dab of aluminum paint to match close enough.

2.  Use it to mount a small leather tool pouch.

3.  Mount a couple of 2.4GHz band antennas, run the coax under the rear seat.

4.  mount a couple of spinners from pinwheels.

5.  Attach a Fox Tail. (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=71128&item=7141694105)

6.  Attach a small dream catcher.

I put a concho on mine.

Those leather ties aren't leather.
They're black plastic cable ties.  :-X

They were just a suggestion.  I have more class than that!  (I might consider the fox tail -- they're available on eBay real cheap!)

I know that, Pal... but my question was what was the antenna and the coaxial for.. any kind of cable TV service on 2 wheels? like watching the Simpsons and riding at the same time  ;D

anyway, foxtails are not in my fan list...

Take care,

RW

You could push an LED into each hole.

"Yes officer, thems is my turnsignals."
