Title: rear wheel align
Post by suzyssuzi on 03/12/05 at 07:25:55

hello everyone, on my 04 with 7kms i had the rear wheel off doing some mods, new fender etc and when i put the wheel back on and aligned and tightened belt the rear wheel seems hard to turn and noisy, like clicking every time a knob on belt hits pully groove, can not remember what it was like before fender came off, how freely should rear wheel turn, anyway bike is painted and mods are done just about all back together, will supply pics once back together. thanks

Did you adjust the belt tension with the Suzuki gage?

Is the brake adjusted too tight?

Are the rear adjusters at the same line on each side?

It won't spin as freely as the front tire, but clicking doesn't sound right.
