I did search for this topic, I swear, but the forum kept returning no results.

Can someone here give me the details on this. What size washers and bolt to use? How much did you change the height of the seat?

I used 13mm(.520} longer bolts and black hose washers. up slightly over 1/2in. in front. mabey next time, will use 25mm(1in).longer. trial and error, ya know.

And the bolts are M6 ( 6mmx1mm pitch) to be precise.

I used an M6 bolt about 2-2.5 inches long. I put a couple nuts on them to take up space, and it lifted the front of the seat about an inch and a half. Makes a world of difference. And you can hardly tell it's been modified. http://predator.bikepics.com/pics/suzuki-savage-01-bikepics-294319.jpg
