Shipping & Returns

1.Shipping charges are as stated in the listing. 2.We will accept returns for damaged or DOA items. 3.You must call or email within 24 hours of receipt of item. 4.You MUST obtain a RMA # for all returns. In the rare event your pakage arrives in less than perfect conditon and your product is damaged please follow the instructions above so we can rush you a new item to you. All items are ususally shipped with 24 hrs. In the event that the item is on B/O we will contact you and advise you of the first available ship date.
